Tomorrow, August 1st, is an exciting day! Students will be able to see their class schedules in Skyward! If your student does not like their classes, don't worry! Tomorrow, our Schedule Change Request Form will be available. Students can use this form to ask for changes. There are a few important things to know before the form is available tomorrow:

• Only students can use the form. They need their OCPS account to log in. Parents cannot use the form.
• All schedule changes will happen through the form. Counselors will not answer emails or phone calls. They will not meet with families in person or by appointment.
• Check Skyward often to see if your schedule has changed.
• Students can only submit the form one time. Make sure you include all the changes you want before you submit the form. The form lets you ask for more than one change.
• Requests that willbe approved:
  • They have a missing class period.
  • They are signed up for a class they already took and passed.
  • They have a class listed two times.
  • They want to change to a different elective class (subject to availability).
  • They want a more rigorous core subject (ex: honors, AP, and/or AICE)
• Requests that will notbe approved:
  • They want a different teacher.
  • They want a different period.
  • They want a different lunch. Lunch shifts will be assigned closer to the first day of school.
