Hello Students!
At this time the Guidance Department is prioritizing completing all schedules for the student body.
Whatever your schedule may be at the moment will mostly remain as is for the time being due to counselors securing every student has 7 courses on Monday; UNLESS you currently don’t see a full schedule.
With that being said, during the first week of school we will have a drop/add week where students are allowed to request a courses change. These requests will ONLY be processed through a Course Change Request Form Link that will soon be shared with students.
Keep in mind:
- Changes will NOT be made per the preference of teacher, period, or lunch during that time or any time forward.
- There are several classes that ARE NOT offered anymore at Cypress Creek, including:
- Medical/ Engineering Program
- Agriscience progressions
- German for non IB students
- Some Performing Arts courses
- Some Multicultural Classes
- Some AP and AICE courses
- Amongst others
- IB students, the specific alignment of your course sequences will be corrected in time, ensuring your IB Diploma is not affected. The courses currently displayed will likely not be changed unless it otherwise affects your sequence; however, electives may be readjusted.
- DE students, please bring a printed copy of your dual enrollment courses on the first day of school.
